Secondary Dwellings

We are able to obtain timely development approvals for secondary dwellings (granny flats) under the applicable provisions of Council’s Planning Scheme.  These requirements located in the Dwelling House code are performance based, which means that some increase can be achieved in relation for stipulated floor area and minimum separation distances, providing compliance with the overall outcome of being subordinate to the primary dwelling is sufficiently demonstrated.
