We are proficient in preparing and lodging development applications for low density residential staged subdivisions, in the role of lead for allied professionals in master planning, lot design, engineering to deliver these residential projects for maximum client and resident/investor outcomes.

We have negotiated numerous reconfiguration approvals for residential allotments, comprising freehold, community management scheme (standard & building format), and more recently reciprocal access easement arrangements (for projects involving 6 or less freehold lots).

We subsequently have the experience and expertise required to achieve title by attending to the compliance assessment and sealing of the survey plans with Mackay Regional Council.
